Unused or Unopened parts or supplies may be returned for a refund (minus shipping charges) by contacting Customer Service within thirty (30) days of the date that your order was shipped out from Kalitta Racing. You are responsible for all shipping costs on returns back to Kalitta Racing and appropriate deductions will be made for any missing or damaged items. You may not return any open or used items for a refund. If you received free shipping, we will refund to you the cost of the items returned, (in accordance to these policies, terms, and conditions) minus our actual costs to ship the product(s) to you initially.
You may return an unused items for a refund (minus actual shipping charges) by contacting Customer Service within thirty (30) days of the date that we shipped the product to you. You will be responsible for all charges of shipping the machine back to Kalitta Racing. The item(s) must be returned in its new and unused condition, in the original box/carton. It must also include all original instruction manuals, original attachments, packing materials, etc. No item will be accepted that has been used. If you received free shipping, we will refund to you the cost of the items returned, (in accordance to these policies, terms, and conditions) minus our actual costs to ship the product(s) to you initially.
There are no returns on items shipped outside of the United States, all such sales are FINAL.
To qualify for a refund you must fill out a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form and receive a RMA number, by contacting Customer Service within the applicable time periods stated above. If you do not contact Customer Service to obtain a RMA number within the time periods stated above, your purchase will be final and no refund will be given. All returned items must be received within ten (10) days from the date your RMA number was issued to qualify for a refund. If the product is not received with the ten (10) days from the date your RMA number was issued all sales will be final and no refund will be given.
All RMA numbers will need to be displayed on the return shipping label.

If, upon receipt of your order, you find that your order is incorrect due to our mistake ( i.e., we shipped a product not ordered by you or we failed to ship an item ordered by you) we will send the correct item to you at no charge. You must contact Customer Service via phone or email within seven (7) days of the date the item is delivered to the shipping address we were provided by you ( as shown by our delivery confirmation / tracking information) if this is the case. If Customer Service is not contacted within seven (7) days , you are agreeing that your order was correct in all respects. If applicable, we may request that you return any incorrect item shipped to you at our cost, which you agree to do at our request.
You must notify Customer Service within thirty (30) days of the date of your purchase if you do not receive your product(s). If Customer Service is not contacted within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase, you are agreeing to accept the charges that occur and you are agreeing that you will not place a chargeback. Notwithstanding the foregoing, risk of loss passes to you when we deliver your package to the USPS or UPS addressed to the shipping address you have provided Customer Service. Please note that, in most cases, items are shipped without a requirement for a signature upon delivery. Please contact Customer Service prior to placing your order, if you would like to require a signature upon delivery. (Additional charges may apply)
If you receive a damaged product upon initial delivery, Kalitta Racing asks that you do not accept it. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact Customer Service.
